Pumpkin spice season is in full swing, but if you're like me (not drinking dairy), Starbucks' most popular beverage of all time is off limits to you. Which I find totally unfair! For those who've never had it, it's quite delicious (I used to drink it every fall before I went vegan). For those who've had it and miss it, I empathize!
But, ya know what they say: if you see a problem, you might have to come up with a solution!
In other words, I decided to just try making my own pumpkin spice syrup. One that's dairy free! It turned out so well, I've been making lattes, ice coffee, and even affogato out of it! And the best part is, I can drink pumpkin spice all year round now, whenever I feel like it!
I thus present to you, this week's recipe inspo: Vegan Pumpkin Spice Syrup!
I've now moved onto Season 2 of Hospital Playlist (which I'm now obsessed with); but, I also wanted to put you on to one of my favorite shows, Slow Horses. If you're into spies, Gary Oldman, and/or British accents, check it out. The most recent season (4) just dropped and we watched it all in like a couple days. It's hilarious, totally suspenseful, and full of action packed scenes that'll leave you hanging off the edge of your seat!
Hannah Shaw, founder of the Orphan Kitten Club and NYT Bestselling Author of Tiny But Mighty, along with her partner Andrew Martilla (photographer) have come out with another AMAZING book called Cats of the World. Packed with beautiful photos of cats from all over the globe, this book will melt your heart!! Check it out!!
I get SOOOO many comments on this sweatshirt of Lulu that my friend gifted to me. Well, gifting season is RIGHT around the corner and it's never too early? As you can tell, this is a custom job and the link below will take you to someone who can make one for you and your family with YOUR fur-baby!
